- VARIANCE REQUEST, CONTINUATION – Request by Neal Uskoski / Nu Ventures, Inc., for reduction of the 50-foot Resource Zone setback on property described as T8N, R9W, Sec. 11AD, Tax Lot 700, continued from October 13, 2009. Staff Will Caplinger.
- CONDITIONAL USE REQUEST, CONTINUATION – Request by Sam and Donna Waters for a primitive campground on property described as T5N, R7W, Sec. 27, Tax Lots 300 & 307, continued from October 13, 2009. Staff Mike Weston.
