- Continuation of the Arcadia Rezone Request: Submitted by Mark Barnes on behalf of James Smejkal, the application includes Goal Exceptions to Statewide Planning Goals 3, 4, & 14; a zone change request from Agriculture Forestry and Recreation Management to Residential Agriculture 2; and Associated Text Amendments. Staff: Mike Weston and Jennifer Bunch
- Zoning Map Amendment: Request by Corey Eisenbarth to re-zone approximately one-half acre from Agriculture Forestry (AF) to Residential Agriculture–2 (RA2) and associated goal exceptions and text amendments on property located north of Hillcrest Loop about a mile east of the Koppish Road-Hillcrest Loop intersection.
