PUBLIC HEARINGS
- Variance Request: Request by Neal Uskoski, on behalf of Nu Ventures, Inc. for variance to the 50-foot resource zone setback in the RA-1 zone. Staff Report by Jennifer Bunch will be presented by Will Caplinger
- Conditional Use Permit Request: Request by Thomas Neikes to construct a mixed-use residential component with two 900 square foot apartments above the existing Commercial Warehouse Building located in the Miles Crossing Jeffers Garden area. Staff: Mike Weston.
- Conditional Use Permit Request: Request by Sharon Reed on behalf of the owners of Clatsop Community College to establish a "Similar Use" (Metal Fabrication Shop) on property located in the Miles Crossing Jeffers Garden area. Staff: Mike Weston.
- Conditional Use Permit Request: Request by Sam & Donna Waters to establish a primitive campground on property located east of the intersection of Fishhawk Falls Hwy and Mullenbach Road in the Elsie - Jewell area. Staff: Mike Weston.
