- Variance Request: Request by Elyse Shoop for a 19-foot variance to the 20-foot Street Side Setback for T4N, R10W, Sec. 31CC, TL1000, located in Cove Beach, an unincorporated area of Clatsop County near the Arch Cape Rural Community. Staff: Mike Weston.
- Conditional Use Permit Request, Continuation: Request by Sam & Donna Waters to establish a primitive campground on property described as T5N, R7W, Sec. 27, Tax Lots 300 & 307, continued from October 13, 2009. No new submittals. Staff: Mike Weston.
