PUBLIC HEARINGS

• Appeal -An appeal of a determination by the Code Compliance Specialist that there is no evidence of a violation of the Land and Water Development and Use Ordinance #80-14 (LWDUO) or the Nuisance Abatement Ordinance #97-10 (NAO) for property described as T4N, R10W, Sect. 30BC, Tax Lot 5300. Staff Will Caplinger.
• Variance - Request by Edward & Nadine Basha & Don Tankersley Construction for a 24-foot variance to Ocean Front Setback for property described as T4N, R10W, Sect 18BA, Tax Lot 1503. Staff Mike Weston.
• Remand - Request by Neal Uskoski for a 20-foot variance to the Resource Zone Setback and appealed by Oregon Dept of Forestry for property described as T8N, R9W, Sect. 11AD, Tax Lot 700.  Staff Mike Weston.
