  • Dahl Variance & Non-Conforming Use Replacement/Expansion: request for a 25 foot varianceto the 60 foot street side setback as required by Clatsop County’s Land Water Development and Use Ordinance 80-14 Section S3.590 § 1, a 50% variance to the 20% limit on floor area expansion for a non-conforming use/structure established in Section 5.610 § 2(A), and Authorization to Replacea Non-Conforming Structure per Section 5.613 § 2. The site is located on property described as Township 6N, Range 07W, Section 35, Tax Lot 701. Staff: Mike Weston
  • Debnath Variance: request for a 15 foot variance to the 20 foot street side setback as required by Clatsop County’s Land Water Development and Use Ordinance 80-14 Section S3.150 § 5(E), and a 7 foot variance to the 26 foot height limit established in Section 3.150 § 10(B).   • Fisk, Variance: request for a 30 foot variance to the 50 foot resource zone setback as required by Clatsop County’s Land Water Development and Use Ordinance 80-14 Section 3.168 § 5(B).
