To Ensure Your Ballot Will Be Counted
THREE STEPS TO ENSURE YOUR BALLOT WILL BE COUNTED:

1. Place only YOUR voted ballot in the secrecy envelope and seal it.

2. Place the sealed secrecy envelope in the white (with red edge) return envelope and seal it.

3. Read and sign the Voter's Statement on the white (with red edge) return envelope. REMEMBER: YOUR BALLOT MUST BE SIGNED BY YOU TO BE COUNTED.

Attach sufficient first-class postage to the signed and sealed return envelope and mail it as soon as possible to arrive at the Clatsop County Elections Division no later than 8 p.m. on election day. Postmark does not count!
OR
Deliver the signed and sealed return envelope to any of our official Ballot Drop Sites no later than 8 p.m. on election day. Postage is not required if delivered to a drop site location!
